G. Pucci & Sons, Inc. (dba P-Line) warrants to the original retail purchaser that P-Line EndurX Braid will not fade and that it will maintain its original color for the useful life of the product.
Upon receipt of a valid claim P-Line will replace the product with new line that is functionally equivalent to the original product. Should the original color no longer be available we will replace it with the closest available color. The original of any product or
component that is replaced under warranty must be returned to P-Line and becomes the sole property of P-Line.
Exclusions and Limitations
This EndurX Lifetime Limited Warranty extends to the normal lifetime of the product when used for its intended purpose but does not cover line that has been subject to unintended use or with evidence of physical damage due to wear & tear, abuse, overload, abrasion, exposure to harsh chemicals or other conditions, or other damage that renders it not capable of fulfilling its original intended purpose. Repair or replacement of the warranted line is the sole remedy, to the exclusion of all other rights or remedies.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
For warranty service or questions, please contact P-Line through our website at www.P-Line.com, by email at info@p-line.com. Do not return product to your retailer, and do not return product to P-Line without first contacting our warranty service staff and obtaining a Return Authorization.
Please keep your receipt and other purchase records in a safe place and provide your receipt with any warranty return. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping warranty returns to P-Line, and P-Line will pay for return shipping of
any replacement product. After obtaining authorization from P-Line, send the affected product, together with your name, address, contact information, Return Authorization number, and original proof of purchase, to:

Additional Terms
The P-Line Lifetime Limited Warranty as stated in this document provides the sole and exclusive remedy in lieu of all other of all other rights and remedies regarding the product, including but not limited to implied warranties such as implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any contract rights, tort, negligence, strict liability, and other remedies expressed or implied at law or in equity, and in no event shall P-Line be liable for special, indirect, incidental, economic or consequential damages, loss or damage to property other than the product itself, loss of use of property, loss of profits or other opportunities, business interruption, travel, boat or crew expenses, punitive damages, contribution, indemnification, or other losses, whatever the cause, including the fault or negligence of P-Line. If any implied warranty or other right or remedy is deemed to exist in addition to this Limited Warranty, its duration shall be no longer than 4 years from the date of sale (date of delivery for online purchases). If any part of this Limited Warranty is deemed to be not legal or enforceable, the remainder shall be given full force and effect. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
